Procreation statements in Book of Genesis

ceremony
Sexual immorality is closely related to procreation in human beings. This can be gleaned from the procreation statements that accompany the scriptural passages for reproduction in animals and human beings. But first, let us determine their differences based on the scripture.

For animals:
15 God said to Noah, 16 “Go out of the boat with your wife, your sons, and their wives. 17 Take all the birds and animals out with you, so that they may reproduce and spread over all the earth.” 18 So Noah went out of the boat with his wife, his sons, and their wives. 19 All the animals and birds went out of the boat in groups of their own kind. (Genesis 8:15, TEV).
Based on the above verses, is there any prohibition/condition pertaining to the act to procreate for animals and birds? None.

For human beings:

9 God blessed Noah and his sons and said, “Have many children, so that your descendants will live all over the earth. 2 All the animals, birds, and fish will live in fear of you. They are all placed under your power. 3 Now you can eat them, as well as green plants; I give them all to you for food. 4 The one thing you must not eat is meat with blood still in it; I forbid this because the life is in the blood. 5 If anyone takes human life, he will be punished. I will punish with death any animal that takes a human life. 6 Human beings were made like God, so whoever murders one of them will be killed by someone else.

7 “You must have many children, so that your descendants will live all over the earth.”(Genesis 9:1-7, TEV)
The question is: Is there any limitation or prohibition pertaining to the act to procreate for human beings? Yes, of course- that is, among others, verse 4 of Genesis 9.

What do you think is the purpose of repeating the procreation statements in verse 1 and in verse 7? Is it necessary if nothings is being stressed in the Word?

9 1God blessed Noah and his sons and said, “Have many children, so that your descendants will live all over the earth.

7 “You must have many children, so that your descendants will live all over the earth.”
Here's the further questions: Does it not appear to you that verses 2-6 are the basic rules on procreation for human beings?
  • The animals, birds, fishes as well as green plants, being necessary in procreation, were given as foods. How can one procreate if without them or if ill and hungry?
  • The act of taking human life being material to procreation is punished. How can one procreate, if already dead?
  • The act of "eating human meat with blood still in it" is inconsistent to procreation or an act of anti-creation, thus, the prohibition. How can one procreate if he/she will not use the sex organ properly?
All the verses are procreation related as emphasized by the opening and closing procreation statements. Therefore, the meat that is being prohibited to be eaten is also procreation related.
