Pope Francis: His church is depository of God's forgiveness?

Did God ever establish a depository for His forgiveness? This question has relation to the statement of Pope Francis that "church is depository of God's forgiveness".

Obviously, he was referring to Roman Catholicism when he said "church" to the exclusion of other "isms" such as Judaism, Islamism, etc. .

As Pope Francis is invoking "The Name" of God in his statement, let us try discussing it if it is in accordance with the scripture.

Firstly, is there any declaration in the scripture that God needs a depository for his forgiveness, which is very personal in nature?

To illustrate, if A committed a grievous sin against B, can B delegates to C the act of forgiveness for A's sin. Is it proper? More so, when C is doing things which are antagonistic to B by way of usurping the authority of B?


Similarly, God is prohibiting idolatry but despite the prohibition, Roman Catholicism only rename it to iconography.

Based on the above test on Pope Francis' statement, obviously something is wrong with how the words "depository" and "God's forgiveness" were used. More so, as regards the use of word "church". 

With all due respect to Roman Catholics and those who do not like criticisms against the Pope and the Catholic priests, this article is merely raising an issue against the pronouncement of those who are supposed to use "The Name" of God properly and not in vain.

As a former Roman Catholic, who personally experienced religious deceptions, the publisher is now cautiously studying every utterance of a person using the name of God to decide through logic and human reasoning the meaning of the spoken words whether "The Name" of God is being used in vain. He does not enjoy to be deceived again.

If the publisher is commenting as a "non-conformist" on the issue, he is asking forgiveness of the public. But the issue is critically important in view of His approaching Coming, which the Pope or any person cannot be of help if an individual does not repent directly to the Father in heaven the idolatry of Roman Catholicism and the "oral sex" mentality through same-sex marriage and other terms.

While the Pope is talking about forgiveness, he, however, substantially failed and continue to fail to talk about the subject matter of forgiveness such as the sins of idolatry of Roman Catholicism and homosexuality of some catholic priests, which helped induced the society to adopt same-sex marriage, which is a blatant violation of Genesis 9:4.

The Philippine Star November 12, 2013 headline reads: " Pope, Obama deeply saddened" . Is it a joke? It further says: "Deeply saddened by the destruction and loss of life caused by the super typhoon, His Holiness Pope Francis expresses his heartfelt with all those affected by this storm and its aftermath". First step- be a Roman Catholic faithful or crossian and follow faithfully the priest to qualify as faithful. Second step-go to Roman Catholic building which has been and is being called until now as "church". If there is alleged "holy" water at the entrance, use the alleged blessed water to make the sign of the cross. By comparison, Christ called the Father in heaven as "Father" but Roman Catholicism is calling the Father in Vatican City as "Holy Father". The  body of Christ is not being called holy in constrast to the cross, which is being called "holy". When  Christ died, he was resurrected to life by the Father in heaven. Pope Francis:No to "greed" idolatry?

Pope Francis does not like "money" to be idolized. On deeper analysis however, it turns out that he was referring to "greed" in money being constitutive of idolatry. But, is the use of word "idolatry" appropriate for "greed'? Before we discuss this questionable use of word "greed" in "idolatry", let us first quote the report in www.rawstory.com.
