By comparison, Christ called the Father in heaven as "Father" but Roman Catholicism is calling the Father in Vatican City as "Holy Father". The  body of Christ is not being called holy in constrast to the cross, which is being called "holy". When  Christ died, he was resurrected to life by the Father in heaven.
