Pope Francis: His church is depository of God's forgiveness?

Did God ever establish a depository for His forgiveness? This question has relation to the statement of Pope Francis that "church is depository of God's forgiveness".

Obviously, he was referring to Roman Catholicism when he said "church" to the exclusion of other "isms" such as Judaism, Islamism, etc. .

As Pope Francis is invoking "The Name" of God in his statement, let us try discussing it if it is in accordance with the scripture.

Firstly, is there any declaration in the scripture that God needs a depository for his forgiveness, which is very personal in nature?

To illustrate, if A committed a grievous sin against B, can B delegates to C the act of forgiveness for A's sin. Is it proper? More so, when C is doing things which are antagonistic to B by way of usurping the authority of B?


Similarly, God is prohibiting idolatry but despite the prohibition, Roman Catholicism only rename it to iconography.

Based on the above test on Pope Francis' statement, obviously something is wrong with how the words "depository" and "God's forgiveness" were used. More so, as regards the use of word "church". 

With all due respect to Roman Catholics and those who do not like criticisms against the Pope and the Catholic priests, this article is merely raising an issue against the pronouncement of those who are supposed to use "The Name" of God properly and not in vain.

As a former Roman Catholic, who personally experienced religious deceptions, the publisher is now cautiously studying every utterance of a person using the name of God to decide through logic and human reasoning the meaning of the spoken words whether "The Name" of God is being used in vain. He does not enjoy to be deceived again.

If the publisher is commenting as a "non-conformist" on the issue, he is asking forgiveness of the public. But the issue is critically important in view of His approaching Coming, which the Pope or any person cannot be of help if an individual does not repent directly to the Father in heaven the idolatry of Roman Catholicism and the "oral sex" mentality through same-sex marriage and other terms.

While the Pope is talking about forgiveness, he, however, substantially failed and continue to fail to talk about the subject matter of forgiveness such as the sins of idolatry of Roman Catholicism and homosexuality of some catholic priests, which helped induced the society to adopt same-sex marriage, which is a blatant violation of Genesis 9:4.

Idolatry in Sto. Niño and Black Nazarene

Philippines must be forewarned. Just immediately after Cebu-Bohol earthquake last October 15, 2013, WORDatTheNet forewarned of the effects of idolatry shown by Cebuanos, who were showing  Sto. Niño idols while being interviewed in television.   This show of idolatry was later followed by Typhoon Yolanda in less than a month or on November 8, 2013, with more than 6,000 deaths. Recently, Roman Catholic devotees were seen in TVs and newspapers doing the worst form of idolatry.This is Black Nazarene which likewise uses the name of Christ. It is not only being paraded during procession but also traditionally kissed by devotees. The devotees were apparently made to believe by Roman Catholicism that they are  praising Christ during Nazarene feast, not knowing that they are praising the wrong/Roman Christ and being encouraged to engage in idolatry, which is one of the root causes for "curse" against Israelites in the olden times.

Life in Genesis 9:4

In the previous article entitled origin of sexual immorality , a question was raised, which is substantially-whether or not the word "life" stated in Genesis 9:4 refers only to "human"  to the exclusion of "animal" life.
